This Week In Indies: February 12 – February 16

Welcome to This Week In Indies, a quick look at the hot new indie releases smothered, covered, and piled high on your consoles or PC to play this week. As always, you can always scope out our further-reaching 2024 release list to see what awaits in the impending weeks, months, and year.

I don’t want to overstay my welcome, so here is your weekly installment of This Week In Indies:

Steam Next Fest is officially over for this quarter, and it had a ton of fun demos to dig into. Did you have any new favorites that you can’t wait to get your hands on again coming out of Next Fest? Sound off in our comments on this page or in our official Discord channel if you’ve subscribed to The Indie Informer’s Patreon.

Our own Jill Grodt was all over Twitch last week with brand new Secret Streams checking out indie demos on Steam. If you didn’t make it in time to catch the show live or just want to relive the good ol’ days of last week, we have the streams archived on this very website.

As for the new releases of the week, nature is healing and games are once again safely releasing in larger numbers. Not only does the highly-anticipated and extra funky Ultros debut but DON’T NOD is back with another adventure, we get an Early Access taste of a hellish skateboarding Roguelike that I absolutely need to see more of, and CRABS WITH FLAMING SWORDS! I rest my case.

Here’s what you can look forward to playing and supporting in the coming days:
