Typically, I don’t go into the big Geoff Keighley showcases with high hopes for indies, but today’s Opening Night Live blew me away. We got new looks, release dates, and a score of new game reveals. Check out some of the biggest highlights of the show below.
Silksong News Is Coming
Inevitably, during a big showcase, you’ll see clamouring for Team Cherry’s long-awaited follow-up. For years, I’ve been refusing to hope, or even name the game. It looks like it might really be happening, though. Opening Night Live had only a few snippets of new gameplay to show off, but the developers announced a separate event — taking place August 21 — promising more information.
