If you own a VR headset that connects to Steam and happen to enjoy games featuring huggable heroes, today’s a good day! Quill’s new adventure is coming to the popular PC distribution platform. So, break out your Index, Rift, Vive, or Quest (which works via Quest Link), and jump into the mouse’s tale.
“The Moss franchise has quickly become a ‘must-play’ for all VR users with its unique take on first-person/co-op game play, absolutely stunning environments, storytelling, and characters as rich as real life,” if lead designer at Polyarc, Doug Burton, does say so himself. “Players have been asking for Steam support since we launched Book II, and now we’re able to bring them the experience they’ve been patiently waiting for on their preferred headsets. And we can’t wait to hear what they think.”

Moss: Book II starts off right where the original game ends. So, if you haven’t checked out the first game, you might be a little confused. Conveniently, I have an article from the sequel’s launch back in March which might help you get up to speed. It also expands on Book II’s new mechanics — including a giant, obstacle-clearing hammer — and player-controlled vines.
